MY QUESTION, I've always wanted to know: Do you actually enjoy Jumper? I'm sure you must have, at one point, but how have your feelings about it changed over time? I have a dozen favorite songs, like Blinded, Losing a Whole Year, God of Wine and Tattoo of the Sun, that go under-noticed and under-appreciated, while Jumper is an obvious "must" for each show. I was SO bummed that I missed practically all of it until I got up to take a picture with you. I was at the front stage of your show here in Honolulu and I left work the next day and took a cab to Waikiki just to catch you guys playing your last song at the impromptu concert in the park. Anyways you're the shit! And I've always said you were the greatest lyricist, musician of our generation! And you can be sure we're sharing it all to the next as well -) She says you sang happy birthday to her cause it happened to be her birthday as well. In fact, one of the reasons why I knew my wife was keeper when I met her because she told me she's seen you live and meet you at a concert as well. It all started with my brother, and now that we're all grown up, third eye blind is a staple of all of our lives.
